About the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water
The Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (MEGTW) (Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air – KeTTHA) was established on 9 April 2009, as a result of the restructuring of the former Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications (KTAK). KeTTHA is responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the electricity, green technology and water sectors.
About GreenTech Malaysia
The Malaysian Green Technology Corporation or GreenTech Malaysia is an organisation under the purview of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water Malaysia (KeTTHA). It is charged with the development and promotion of green technology as a strategic engine for socio- economic growth in Malaysia.
